Features of KM series

Via patent matrix materials and FEA analysis can be designed in order to ensure bit with better wear resistance and higher density.Matrix body PDC bit sintering process is monitored and controlled by using flexibility thermocouple to ensure sintering quality of the matrix body PDC bit.PDC cutters of different features are selected to suit deferent drilling applications in different formations to satisfy different requirements when drilling soft to medium hard formations.Cutting structure is force balance and non-symmetrical blade and wide gage are designed so that the force on bit is balanced resulting better stability of the bit.Hydraulic system of the bit is optimized using dynamic flow pattern simulation technology to enhance cleaning and cooling effects of the bit to effectively prevent bit from balling.
